From the first time that you call the office or meet one of our team members at a function or during someone else’s trip, you will feel like one of the family. When you ask a question you will get a fair and true answer…even some additional guidance for your trip if you so desire or need it. We will work with you to get you the best possible solution for your needs.

Once you become one of Heartland’s beloved clients, the magic and wow won’t stop there…you haven’t seen anything yet! Your coach will arrive at your departure location at least 30 minutes prior to your designated leave time and it will be driven by not a driver, but a chauffeur. Why a chauffeur you may ask? Our motor coach operators continuously provide a chauffeur’s level of service and are always there to assist you, both in the driver’s seat and out.

Your group will be provided with full luggage service, assistance on and off the coach at the entrance door and even ice-cold bottled water for everyone on the coach throughout the trip. These are just a few of the many ways that Heartland Trailways looks to serve you and your group.
