Nodaway Valley Bank Ambassadors Club has been using Heartland Trailways for almost 20 years and the relationships that we have built with them makes it seem as if I am working with family. I can request the driver(s) I want and that’s important because those drivers already know most of our passengers and can anticipate their needs. We work together as a team and I value the friendships that have been formed with not only the drivers but the management team at Heartland as well. The motor coaches are always clean and Heartland goes the extra mile to furnish water for their passengers. That is one less item that I don’t have to worry about. Our passengers always feel safe when they are traveling with Heartland Trailways.
